Tiffany joined the Big Fish Restaurant Group in December of 2021. She has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry & a strong passion for the business. She enjoys creating a family-like environment amongst the staff & guests alike while maintaining the highest of standards in running a restaurant. She is very happy in her new role with our company & is looking forward to a long future with us.
Angel grew up in Mexico and came to the Big Fish Restaurant Group in 2015. He was given the opportunity to learn and grow within our kitchens. He began as a line cook at the Crab House and prep cook at our Big Fish commissary. In 2021, Angel was promoted to kitchen manager at Big Fish Ocean View.
